The Women Empowerment Project (WEP) is a Non-Profit Public Charity (501 C3) Organization created to nurture innovation in gender equity and inclusion through Vocational Training and Literacy Programs, Professional Training and Job Placement. Additionally the Organization provides assistance towards Business Ownership, targeted Technical Assistance and Advisory Services for aspiring and established Women Entrepreneurs in the United States including African-American, African Women and Diaspora communities. Our vision is to reach regions in the United States and developing countries that demonstrate a demand for women in the marketplace and fill that void with skilled, educated women who become self-sufficient and accomplished business owners who make valuable contributions by creating job opportunities in their regions or home countries.

$24 would help the organization to put together much needed financial resources to support housing and transportation costs for the Vocational Training Program participants
$48 would help to put together financial resources to support our established women entrepreneurs in under-served communities through entrepreneurship workshops including financial literacy.
$124 would support to put together financial resources to support capacity building efforts of the organization to address key functional, operational, and human resources issues and enhance the WEP’s ability to provide quality improvement effort and strengthen organizational sustainability.
$240 would help to put together financial resources to support the costs associated with the Vocational Training Program for each participant (Tuition and Administrative support)
$480 would help to put together financial resources to assist each participant in the Vocational Training Program to start her own business.
